DeWitt Wallace Library Annual Report

The DeWitt Wallace Library Annual Report of 2018-2019 is an editorial project that I completed in the span of about two months. I oversaw the report's creative direction and was one of two designers, designing more than half of the 50 pages and editing from start to finish. I focused closely on branding and creative layout. I also photographed a large number of the images featured throughout.

The report was published on a yearly basis and had followed an older layout for many years prior. This was my first year working on this project, when it also coincided with the library's rebranding. I identified several areas for improvement in the general layout of the report, including imagery use, pagination, digital optimization, reading experience, and design elements. I created new designs and layout templates that were more modern and consistent with the library's visual brand. As a result, my layouts were reused for each annual report thereafter.
