Minneapolis Institute of Arts Rebrand

The rebranding of the Minneapolis Institute of Art was driven by a desire to modernize the museum’s visual identity while staying true to its legacy as a world-class cultural institution. The new brand reflects MIA’s commitment to accessibility, creativity, and community engagement. The refreshed identity positions MIA as a forward-thinking leader in the arts, fostering deep connections with visitors and the cultural landscape.

This rebrand was not initiated or requested by the Minneapolis Institute of Art. I have a deep admiration for museums, and having lived in Minneapolis, the MIA was one of my favorite museums to visit. I took on this challenge as a personal passion project and hoped to capture the MIA's unique identity with a refreshed perspective.
